Gayla joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and The Qualy Group in August of 2004 as a licensed Financial Representative.   After four successful years of serving clients and building relationships she joined Chris Wright's team as an Associate Financial Representative in July 2008  She handles all of Chris' life and disability applications and underwriting, and all service questions.   Gayla is licensed for life insurance , accident & health insurance , LTC insurance, and variable products in Missouri and Illinois and holds a Securities license.

She has two children, Ashley (22) and Zach (19) and a grand-daughter Aaliyah (1).  She attended Patricia Stephens College and prior to joining The Qualy Group she worked in interior design sales. 

Alissa joined the Wright Team in June 2009 and brings her marketing and client relations experience to our clients.  Among her duties are policy-owner service issues, insurance quotes, ordering exams and application preperation.  Prior to joining the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, she worked for Anheuser-Busch in special event marketing.  Alissa attended the University of Missouri and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Marketing.

Kelsie came to the Wright Team in March of 2010. She emphasizes our great customer service with her communication expertise and willingness to serve our clients. Kelsie's main objective is to take over facilitating the underwriting of new policies and act as the liaison between our home office and clientele. Before coming to join our team she interned with State Farm in the public affairs department and was also a sales associate at a local jewelry store. Kelsie went to the University of Illinois and graduated with a Communication degree in May of 2009.
