Gayla joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and The Qualy Group in August of 2004 as a licensed Financial Representative.   After four successful years of serving clients and building relationships she joined Chris Wright's team as an Associate Financial Representative in July 2008  She handles all of Chris' life and disability applications and underwriting, and all service questions.   Gayla is licensed for life insurance , accident & health insurance , and variable products in Missouri and Illinois and holds a Securities license.

She has two children, Ashley and Zach and two grandchildren, Aaliyah and Drayke. She attended Patricia Stephens College and prior to joining The Qualy Group she worked in interior design sales.

Alissa joined the Wright Team in June 2009 and brings her marketing and client relations experience to our clients.  Among her duties are policy-owner service issues, health insurance quotes, ordering exams, billing concerns and application preparation, review and submittal.  Prior to joining the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, she worked for Anheuser-Busch in special event marketing.  Alissa attended the University of Missouri and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Marketing.

Brittani came to the Wright Organization in February 2011 and brings her experience as a previous Associate Financial Rep to the team. Brittani plays an offensive role in scheduling appointments, case preparation, policyowner services and application progression. Prior to joining Chris Wright’s team she was an Associate Interior Designer at Roseman and Associates in St Louis. She graduated in December 2008 from Illinois State University with a degree in Interior Design and Construction Management and when not working, Brittani enjoys spending time with her young son Owen.
